Terms and Conditions

By Placing An Order On PRlNTER.com, You Agree To The Following Terms:

CRITICAL COLOR REPRODUCTION INFORMATION

PRINTER utilizes a process of printing referred to as "Gang-Run Printing" which provides affordable four-color printing. "Gang-Run Printing" will group your job with other jobs allowing overall production costs and expenses to be shared with our other customers.

Because of variances in paper, equipment, inks, and other conditions between color proofing and production pressroom operations, a "pleasing color" [as determined by generally accepted trade technical methods] is to be expected with gang-run printing. When such a variation occurs, it will be considered acceptable performance. PRINTER accepts no responsibility for color variations between submitted files and the final printed piece achieved from utilizing the gang-run process.

Under NO circumstances will a reprint be honored for color variations that have occurred during the gang-run printing process. If you require a more precise printed product please request a custom quote. By placing an order you are agreeing to all of our terms and conditions.

In the event that any charge, claim, demand, arbitration, lawsuit, investigation, action, or proceeding is made or commenced against PRINTER based upon, relating to, or arising from the customer’s order, submitted files, printed materials, mailing materials, advertising claims, AI-generated or AI-assisted content, customer-provided data, or alleged wrongful acts or omissions, including any claim that the materials:

This indemnification obligation includes, without limitation, defending PRINTER against such claims, paying any judgment or settlement, reimbursing PRINTER for legal fees and expenses, and cooperating with PRINTER in responding to the claim.

15. Electronic Manuscripts/Images
It is the client's responsibility to maintain a copy of the original computer files, artwork and transparencies. PRlNTER.com is not responsible for accidental loss or damage to media supplied by the client or for errors on supplied artwork furnished by the client. Until PRlNTER.com can evaluate digital input, no claims or promises are made about our ability to work with jobs submitted in digital format, and no liability is assumed for problems that may arise. Any additional translating, editing, or programming needed to utilize client-supplied files will be charged at our current rates. PRlNTER.com does not archive your work for longer than it takes to produce the final product. Please save your work!

16. File Requirements, Print-Ready Artwork, and AI/File Guidance

All customer-submitted files must be print-ready and must comply with the applicable product specifications, artwork guidelines, templates, bleed requirements, safe-zone requirements, resolution requirements, color-mode requirements, file-format requirements, and finishing requirements published by PRINTER for the selected product. Unless otherwise stated in the applicable product specifications, files should be submitted at a minimum of 300 dpi and in CMYK color mode for print production. Files submitted in RGB, low resolution, incorrect dimensions, missing bleed, missing safe zones, incorrect format, damaged fonts, unsupported transparency, improper overprint settings, or otherwise non-compliant format may produce undesirable results, including pixelation, blurriness, color shifting, trimming issues, finishing issues, or production delays. PRINTER accepts no liability for production results caused by customer-submitted files that are low-resolution, incorrectly sized, improperly formatted, submitted in RGB, missing required bleed, outside safe zones, flattened incorrectly, exported incorrectly, or otherwise not compliant with product specifications.

Any artwork, layout, file-preparation, product, design, or print guidance provided by a chatbot, AI phone bot, automated support tool, customer-service representative, or website tool is for general assistance only and does not waive the customer’s responsibility to submit print-ready files that comply with PRINTER’s published specifications. Specialty products, including but not limited to foil, raised foil, raised spot UV, painted edge, plastic, stickers, roll labels, apparel, embroidery, signage, flags, displays, tents, and promotional products, may have additional item-specific file, material, layout, tolerance, and production requirements. The customer is responsible for reviewing and following those requirements before placing or approving an order.

17. Alterations/Corrections

PRINTER does not offer design services or file alterations. Files must be submitted print-ready. Re-submission of corrected files may be required.

18. Color Proofing
Because of differences in equipment, paper, inks, and other conditions between color proofing and production pressroom operations, a "pleasing color" variation between color proofs and the completed job [as determined by generally accepted trade technical methods] is to be expected. When such a variation occurs, it will be considered acceptable performance.

19. Overruns/Underruns
The generally accepted trade practice is plus or minus 10%.

20. Delivery/3rd Party Shipping/Pickup

Charges for delivery of materials and supplies from the customer or the customer’s supplier to PRINTER are not included in quotations unless specifically stated in writing. PRINTER is not responsible for delays, damage, loss, mis-delivery, tracking errors, weather events, carrier issues, customs delays, postal delays, third-party logistics failures, or other issues caused by USPS, UPS, FedEx, freight carriers, couriers, airlines, mailing vendors, delivery services, or any other third-party carrier or service provider. Title and risk of loss for finished work pass to the customer upon delivery to the carrier, shipping provider, mailing provider, postal service, courier, pickup location, or other third-party delivery service.

Shipping, delivery, mailing, and transit dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement signed by an authorized PRINTER representative. No chatbot, AI phone bot, automated support tool, customer-service communication, website estimate, tracking estimate, or carrier estimate may create a guaranteed delivery deadline.

For Every Door Direct Mail (EDDM), direct mail, mailing, addressing, sorting, bundling, postage, or fulfillment services, PRINTER’s responsibility is limited to preparing and/or tendering the materials according to the selected service level and applicable specifications. Once materials are accepted by USPS, a postal facility, carrier, mailing vendor, or third-party delivery provider, PRINTER cannot control, predict, or guarantee exact in-home dates, mail-drop dates, delivery dates, scanning events, or final recipient delivery.

If the “pickup” option is selected when the order is originally placed, the customer will have 15 calendar days to retrieve the completed materials after notification or availability for pickup. If more than 15 calendar days elapse, the order may be considered abandoned and PRINTER has the right to discard, recycle, or otherwise dispose of the materials unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Orders that have delivery or shipping selected will be shipped after completion according to PRINTER’s normal fulfillment process. Carrier pickup schedules, office closures, holidays, weather events, equipment issues, production delays, and other operational conditions may affect shipment timing. Saturday pickup, if available, is a courtesy service by appointment only and is not guaranteed.

21. Claims
Claims for defects, damages, or shortages must be made by the client in writing no later than 7 calendar days after delivery. If no such claim is made, PRlNTER.com and the client will understand that the job has been accepted. By accepting the job, the client acknowledges that PRlNTER.com's performance has fully satisfied all terms, conditions and specifications. Any disputes on products or services purchased by your credit card authorization from PRlNTER.com shall be dealt with between the customer and PRlNTER.com.

22. Right to Subcontract
PRlNTER.com shall have the right to assign any portion of the work required to another vendor.

23. Workmanship Guarantee
We guarantee all orders to be within "gang run" specs and to be free of defects in workmanship. If any order does not match the generally accepted trade standards, we will reprint the job or issue the customer a credit at our discretion.

Outdoor Products, Weather Exposure, and Material Limitations  Products described as outdoor signage, banners, adhesive vinyl, flags, event tents, canopies, displays, or similar outdoor-use products are designed for ordinary outdoor display conditions only, unless a specific written product description states otherwise. Weather-resistant, fade-resistant, scratch-resistant, scuff-resistant, water-resistant, or outdoor-use descriptions do not mean that a product is indestructible, permanent, stormproof, windproof, waterproof, hurricane-rated, or guaranteed against all environmental conditions.

PRINTER does not warrant or guarantee outdoor products against damage, fading, tearing, bending, breakage, movement, installation failure, adhesive failure, hardware failure, misuse, improper installation, prolonged exposure, vandalism, neglect, high winds, storms, hurricanes, flooding, hail, extreme heat, extreme cold, natural disasters, or other severe or abnormal conditions.

Paper-based products, including but not limited to standard paper stocks, Silk, Suede, coated papers, and similar materials, may be described as water-resistant, scuff-resistant, or scratch-resistant where applicable, but they are not waterproof unless the specific product is expressly sold as waterproof. True waterproof or water-submersible claims apply only to products and materials expressly identified by PRINTER as waterproof, synthetic plastic, synthetic paper, BOPP film, or other waterproof configurations in the applicable product description.

Any product used outdoors, exposed to moisture, handled heavily, installed improperly, stored improperly, or exposed to environmental conditions may have a shorter usable life. The customer is responsible for selecting the appropriate product and material for the intended use.

If for any reason we must reprint a job, we MUST use the original files uploaded. Under no circumstances will we accept new files for the reprint.
