PRINTER (“PRINTER,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website located at https://www.PRlNTER.com, related online ordering tools, customer-support channels, mobile applications, AI-assisted tools, chatbot tools, phone systems, SMS communications, and related services collectively referred to in this Privacy Policy as the “Service.”

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect information when you access or use the Service, communicate with us, place an order, upload artwork or production files, interact with our AI chatbot or AI phone bot, request customer support, receive SMS messages, use our mobile application, or otherwise provide information to us.

By using the Service or providing information to us, you acknowledge that we may collect and use information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, do not use the Service.

This Privacy Policy should be read together with our Terms and Conditions. Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, terms used in this Privacy Policy may have the same meaning as in our Terms and Conditions.

1. Definitions Service

“Service” means the PRINTER website, online ordering tools, customer accounts, mobile applications, customer-service channels, AI chatbot, AI phone bot, SMS tools, phone systems, email communications, production-support systems, and related services operated or made available by PRINTER.

“Personal Data” means information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked to an identifiable individual, household, or device.
 

Usage Data

“Usage Data” means information collected automatically when you access or use the Service, such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, time spent on pages, referring URLs, interaction timestamps, diagnostic data, and similar technical information.

Cookies
 

“Cookies” are small files stored on your device that help websites and online services remember information about you, your browser, your preferences, and your activity.
 

Data Controller

For purposes of applicable privacy laws, PRINTER may act as the data controller for Personal Data we collect directly from you or determine how to use.

A. Information You Provide Directly

We may collect information that you voluntarily provide, including:

  • Billing address;

  • Shipping address;

  • Mailing address;

  • City, state, province, ZIP/postal code, and country;

  • Account login information;

  • Order details;

  • Product selections;

  • Uploaded artwork, design files, print files, mailing lists, recipient lists, production files, images, logos, text, slogans, and related order materials;

  • Customer-service messages;

  • Chatbot messages;

  • Phone-call information;

  • SMS message content;

  • Proof approvals;

  • Support-ticket content;

  • Payment-related information;

  • Marketing preferences;

  • Any other information you choose to provide.
     

B. Order, Production, Artwork, and Mailing Information
 

Because PRINTER provides custom print, signage, apparel, promotional, mailing, and related production services, we may collect and process information necessary to produce and fulfill your order. This may include artwork files, customer-submitted designs, logos, names, addresses, mailing lists, EDDM campaign information, shipping information, recipient information, print specifications, proofing records, approval records, production notes, and communication history.

If you provide us with information about other individuals, such as mailing-list recipients, shipping recipients, employees, customers, event invitees, or third-party contacts, you represent that you have the authority and legal right to provide that information to us for the requested service.

We use customer-provided mailing lists and recipient data to provide the services requested by the customer, such as mailing, shipping, fulfillment, production, proofing, addressing, and related support. We do not sell customer-provided mailing lists or use customer-provided recipient lists for our own unrelated marketing.

C. AI Chatbot, AI Phone Bot, Automated Support, Recording, and Transcription Data

PRINTER may use automated support tools, including website chatbots, AI-assisted chat systems, AI phone agents, automated voice systems, call transcription tools, call-summary tools, SMS tools, customer-service routing tools, and related technologies.

When you interact with these tools, we may collect and process information from those interactions, including:

  • Chat messages;

  • Voice-call audio;

  • Call recordings;

  • Call transcripts;

  • AI-generated summaries;

  • Phone numbers;

  • Timestamps;

  • Consent records;

  • Interaction metadata;

  • Customer-support notes;

  • Order numbers;

  • File references;

  • Uploaded-file references;

  • Routing information;

  • Device or browser information;

  • Information you provide during the interaction.
     

Calls and automated voice interactions may be recorded, monitored, transcribed, summarized, or analyzed for customer support, order accuracy, quality assurance, training, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal compliance, security, and improvement of our services and automated support systems.
 

Where required by law, we will provide notice and obtain consent before recording or transcribing a call. If you do not consent to recording, transcription, monitoring, or automated processing, do not continue the call or automated interaction and contact us through an available alternative method.
 

Our AI chatbot, AI phone bot, and automated support tools may use artificial intelligence, machine learning, speech recognition, natural language processing, automated decision-support tools, and related technologies to understand requests, generate responses, route communications, summarize conversations, assist with order support, and improve service quality.

We do not use voice recordings to create a biometric voiceprint or uniquely identify you by your voice unless we provide additional notice and obtain any consent required by applicable law.
 

D. SMS and Text Messaging Information

If you provide your phone number through our website, chatbot, phone system, customer-service channel, order process, or other communication and request or consent to receive SMS messages, we may use your phone number to send the requested message or related communications.
 

Depending on how you interact with us, SMS-related data may include:

  • Phone number;

  • Message content;

  • Delivery status;

  • Time and date of request;

  • Consent records;

  • Opt-out records;

  • Limited interaction metadata;

  • Customer-support history.
     

We may use SMS messages to send requested links, order updates, support responses, verification messages, service-related notices, and, where permitted, marketing or promotional messages. Message and data rates may apply.
 

You may opt out of future SMS messages by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. For help, reply HELP or by contacting us.
 

We do not sell your phone number, and we do not share mobile opt-in or SMS consent information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
 

E. Mobile Application Information

If you use a PRINTER mobile application available through the Google Play Store, Apple App Store, or another app marketplace, we may collect information necessary to operate the mobile application, process orders, secure transactions, provide account access, and support customer-service features.

Our mobile application may use Stripe or another payment processor for payment processing. Payment processors may collect payment-related information, device information, fraud-prevention signals, phone number, transaction details, and other data necessary to securely process payments. We do not store complete payment-card numbers on our own systems.

Depending on your device settings and app permissions, the mobile application may request access to certain device features or information. You can manage app permissions through your device settings.
 

F. Usage Data

We may automatically collect Usage Data when you access or use the Service. Usage Data may include:

  • IP address;

  • Browser type and version;

  • Device type;

  • Operating system;

  • Pages visited;

  • Time and date of visit;

  • Time spent on pages;

  • Referring and exit pages;

  • Clickstream data;

  • Unique device identifiers;

  • Diagnostic data;

  • Approximate location derived from IP address;

G. Location Data

We may collect and use location information if you give us permission to do so or if location information is inferred from your device, IP address, shipping address, billing address, or order information.

  • To record, transcribe, summarize, monitor, and analyze customer interactions where permitted by law;

  • To verify identity, account information, order details, consent records, and communication preferences;

  • To process payments and prevent payment fraud;

  • To provide requested links, messages, files, quotes, information, or support;

  • To detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, abuse, security incidents, unauthorized access, or policy violations;

  • To improve product offerings, website performance, customer support, quality control, and automated systems;

  • To personalize the Service;

  • To send administrative, transactional, service-related, and policy-related notices;

4. AI Tools and Automated Processing
 

PRINTER may use AI-assisted and automated technologies to help respond to customer inquiries, route support requests, summarize communications, assist with order-related questions, identify relevant product information, and improve service efficiency.

AI-generated and automated outputs may be reviewed by human personnel where appropriate, but not all automated interactions are reviewed by a human before a response is generated.

Our automated tools are intended to support customer service and operational workflows. They are not intended to make legal, financial, credit, employment, insurance, medical, or similarly significant decisions about you.

Please do not submit Social Security numbers, government identification numbers, payment-card numbers, health information, financial account credentials, passwords, confidential trade secrets, or other highly sensitive information through our chatbot, AI phone bot, SMS tools, or automated support channels unless we specifically request that information through a secure and appropriate channel.
 

5. Legal Bases for Processing Personal Data
 

If you are located in a jurisdiction that requires a legal basis for processing Personal Data, such as the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, our legal bases may include:

  • Performance of a contract with you;

Payment processors may process payment details, billing information, device information, fraud-prevention data, transaction history, and related information as necessary to process payments and prevent fraud.
 

C. Analytics and Advertising Partners

We may use analytics and advertising providers to understand how the Service is used, measure campaign performance, improve customer experience, and deliver or measure ads.

These providers may use cookies, pixels, device identifiers, IP addresses, Usage Data, and similar technologies to collect or receive information from the Service and elsewhere on the internet.

  • Uploaded artwork and production files may be retained only as long as reasonably needed to produce, fulfill, support, or document the order, unless otherwise stated in our Terms and Conditions or required by law.
     

PRINTER is not intended to serve as a long-term archive for customer artwork, production files, or design assets. Customers are responsible for maintaining their own original files and backup copies.
 

11. Transfer of Information
 

Your information, including Personal Data, may be transferred to and maintained on computers, servers, or systems located outside your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction, where privacy laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

If you are located outside the United States and provide information to us, please understand that we may transfer information, including Personal Data, to the United States and process it there.

Where required by applicable law, we will use appropriate safeguards for international transfers of Personal Data.
 

12. Security of Information

The Service may be hosted, operated, supported, or integrated with third-party platforms, including website platforms, payment platforms, communications platforms, app stores, analytics providers, advertising platforms, AI providers, and customer-support providers.

Your use of third-party platforms may also be subject to those third parties’ own terms, policies, and privacy practices.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

When we update this Privacy Policy, we will revise the “UPDATED” date at the top of this page. Changes are effective when posted unless otherwise stated.
