Shipping rates are calculated as a group rate based on the type of products in your order. Each product group has its own fixed shipping rate and is charged once per group, regardless of the quantity of products in that product group.
Let's create some examples. Standard business cards have a shipping rate of $15, while heavier products like our Semi-Heavy Signs or our Displays are rated at $75.
Example 1: You order a set of business cards and a semi-heavy sign.
Shipping = $14.95 + $75 = $89.95
Example 2: You order a three sets of business cards and two semi-heavy signs. Since group rates apply, you are charged the group rate for each product type only once.
Shipping = $14.95 + $75 = $89.95
Example 3: You order a 12 sets of business cards and 8 semi-heavy signs. Since group rates apply, you are charged the group rate for each product type only once.
Shipping = $14.95 + $75 = $89.95
So no matter the quantity of products in a product group, the group rate gets charge only once per order.

If your order arrives damaged, missing items, or with a print defect, go to the Help Center and submit a ticket right away. Include your first and last name, email address, exact order number, and a clear description of the issue. You should also upload at least 3 clear photos or a short video showing the product issue and the condition of the shipping box and packaging. That gives our team what we need to review your claim quickly.

Our production times vary depending on the product and options selected. For example, we have many products that take 2-3 business days, some take 4-5 business days, others can be made the next day. The turnaround time will be listed when you are placing your order, please visit the product page to retrieve the specific production times and available rush options.
