How do I add products to my cart? Pick your options (size, stock, quantity, etc.), upload artwork if prompted, then click Add to Cart. You can edit items from the cart before checkout. (Shipping is calculated in checkout; see Shipping for delivery expectations.)

Why can’t I add to cart? Make sure all required selections are made and files meet artwork specs. If it still fails, reach out via the Contact page and we’ll troubleshoot.

You can easily view your complete account records by clicking "Order History" inside the Help Center. It allows you to review what you got last time and purchase your favorite products again conveniently.

You can easily save any product you are interested in to your personal Wish List to find them easily for future campaigns. To view or manage your saved favorites, just make sure you are logged into your account and click the Wish List card inside the main Help Center.

Once you land on your specific product page, use the dropdown selectors or radio buttons to configure options like Size, Quantity, Paper/Material Type, Sides, Coating, and Turnaround Time. Next, click the "Upload Front" button (and "Upload Back" if two-sided) to attach your print-ready design file. Then click "Add to Cart," proceed to checkout, enter your billing/shipping details, pick a shipping speed, input your payment info, and click Place Order.

Our catalog offers four distinct discovery hubs to help you locate any item with ease: Homepage Category Navigation lets you click any category card to jump-scroll straight to that section. The Shop Catalog lets you browse and search thousands of products and use a left sidebar filter to narrow options by product family. Stick to standard online ordering when your desired product type, physical size, paper material, and exact quantity perfectly match the pre-set choices available in our product page dropdown menus.

You should fill out our Custom Quote form if you have non-standard project specifications, unique materials, bulk quantity needs, complex structural projects, or if you simply don’t see the exact product or quantity you want listed on the site.

Shipping is calculated using fixed group rates based on product size and weight classes, meaning you pay per product family group rather than per individual item. Ordering multiple items from the exact same group incurs a single shipping fee for that entire group. However, adding items from completely different product categories means separate group rates will combine at checkout.

Turnaround time represents the business days it takes our team to physically manufacture your custom item, while shipping time is the transit timeline it takes the carrier to deliver it to your door. Priority rush options for production are frequently available for an extra fee.

What notifications does PRINTER send? Order confirmations, shipping/tracking, and essential account notices. Marketing emails are optional and you can unsubscribe anytime (link in the footer of each email).
